Duties:

- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Take customer orders and process payments using the cash register
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and making recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including restocking supplies as needed
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines when handling and preparing food items
- Assist with food preparation tasks, such as baking pastries, etc.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and smooth workflow

Skills:

- Robust knowledge of food service and the ability to handle food safely
- Proficient in operating a cash register and handling cash transactions accurately




- Familiarity with retail math for calculating prices, discounts, and change
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and adjusting recipes as needed
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
