JOB - BARBACK

Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

- Support bartenders by stocking and replenishing bar supplies.
- Polishing a LOT of glassware. Restocking a LOT of supplies
- Helping close the bar Friday and Saturdays
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glasses and utensils.
- Assist with the preparation of garnishes and other bar essentials.
- Ensure the bar is well-organized and ready for service.
- Help with inventory management and restocking.

Requirements:

- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus,



but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, etc. for extended periods, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Experience:
- Previous experience in catering, hospitality, brewing, or the restaurant industry is preferred
- Knowledge of retail math for cash handling purposes is a plus
- Familiarity with food handling and safety regulations is desirable
