The Opportunity

We are seeking a driven, commission-based Insurance Broker who thrives in a sales-focused environment. The ideal candidate has 2+ plus years of selling Auto, Home, Business or Life Insurance sales in Canada, an existing network, and is deeply involved in their community. You’ll bring a hunter mentality, generate leads, and win business across commercial and personal lines. This is a high-impact role with unlimited earning potential for the right entrepreneurial broker.

Key Responsibilities

- Actively prospect and close new business in commercial and personal insurance lines.
- Leverage your community involvement and existing network to generate quality leads.
- Engage with potential clients, network, and attend community/business events to grow your pipeline.
- Conduct needs assessments, prepare quotes, negotiate terms, and close policies.
- Manage renewals and provide excellent service to maintain long-term client relationships.
- Cross-sell additional products and solutions to maximize client value.
- Stay current on insurance markets, products, and industry regulations.

What You Bring

- Minimum 2 years of Auto, Home, or Business Insurance sales experience in Canada.




- Hunter mentality – you love chasing opportunities and closing deals.
- Strong community ties and professional networks you can leverage.
- Proven ability to generate and convert leads.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- RIBO license (required), or planning to complete RIBO exam within next 30 days

Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
