Comsense Kitchen & Bath is a growing cabinet company based in Nanaimo’s Old City Quarter, specializing in both custom cabinetry and cabinet refacing.

We are looking for a driven, client-focused designer who can sell, manage projects, and deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

This is a performance-based role with strong earning potential for the right individual.

What You’ll Do

- Meet clients in our showroom and on-site to understand their vision
- Take full ownership of projects from first meeting to final install
- Measure, design, quote, and close cabinetry projects
- Guide clients through selections (finishes, materials, layouts)
- Create accurate plans and specifications for production
- Coordinate orders and ensure smooth project execution

What We’re Looking For

- Proven success in kitchen design AND closing sales (not just quoting)
- Confident leading client meetings and guiding decisions to a close




- Strong communication and presentation skills/both in showroom and on-site
- Proficiency with design software (2020, Cabinet Vision, KCD, or similar)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and project ownership
- Self-motivated, competitive, and comfortable in a performance-driven, commission-based role
- Reliable transportation for site visits

Location Requirement

Must be able to work in person and travel locally within the Nanaimo area.
