Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Carpet /Upholstery Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality carpet and upholstery cleaning services to residential and commercial clients. This role requires a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, as well as the ability to work independently and efficiently in various environments.

Duties

- Perform carpet/upholstery cleaning services using appropriate techniques and equipment.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various cleaning tasks.
- Conduct equipment maintenance tasks as needed to ensure optimal working conditions.
- Manage time efficiently to complete jobs within scheduled timeframes.
- Communicate clearly with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Handle heavy lifting of equipment and materials safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all equipment is properly stored after use.
- Document job details, including any issues encountered or additional services recommended.

Requirements





- Candidates with a background in heavy manual labor—such as farming or similar—will be strongly preferred.
- Residential or commercial carpet and upholstery cleaning experience could be an asset, though not mandatory; on-the-job training is provided.
- Robust communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a quick-paced environment.
- Experience with hand tools and power tools related to cleaning operations.
- Physical capability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties.
