Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Part Time House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate must own a VEHICLE to drive to and from job sites all over Lower Mainland, and someone who is available 8-9am. Shifts will vary better those hours. This role requires effective communication skills, and time management abilities.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Organize and declutter spaces to enhance the overall appearance and functionality of homes.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
- Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within designated time frames while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are maintained in good condition and stocked appropriately.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent customer service skills to build positive relationships with clients.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the day.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to current cleaning techniques and protocols.
- A valid drivers license and vehicle and can use Google Maps to get to job sites
