Duties

- Oversee daily team activities to ensure productivity, adherence to procedures, and achievement of operational goals
- Provide clear direction, coaching, and feedback to team members to promote continuous improvement and high performance
- Monitor work quality and safety compliance, addressing any issues immediately to maintain a secure workplace
- Coordinate schedules, assign tasks, and manage workflow to optimize efficiency across shifts
- Resolve employee concerns or conflicts swiftly while fostering a positive team atmosphere
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, expectations,



and recognize outstanding performance
- Assist in training new hires and developing existing staff through ongoing coaching and mentorship

Qualifications

- Proven leadership experience in a supervisory or team lead role within a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills to motivate teams and facilitate clear information flow
- Ability to problem-solve quickly and make sound decisions under pressure
- Knowledge of safety protocols, quality standards, and operational procedures relevant to the industry
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in management or related fields are a plus
