Duties

- Assist clients throughout the entire property transaction process, from initial consultation to closing
- Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings effectively
- Negotiate offers and terms to secure favourable deals for clients
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listings across various channels
- Maintain organized records of client interactions, property details, and transaction documents




- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with property management teams, inspectors, lenders, and legal professionals to ensure smooth transactions

Pay: $10,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
