Job Summary
Cusp Dental - Clayton Heights Surrey is seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our agile dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional patient care, with a focus on general Dentistry This role requires proficiency in various dental procedures and the ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. The Associate Dentist will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall patient experience while ensuring high standards of dental health. Numeration is 35-40 % of collections. Will consider part time minimum 4 days/ week prefer full time.

Responsibilities

- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, including preventive, restorative, and cosmetic procedures.
- Provide pediatric dental care with an emphasis on creating a comfortable environment for young patients.
- Maintain accurate patient records using dental software systems such as Dentrix




- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care to promote long-term dental health.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.

Skills

- Strong understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry.
- Previous dental office experience is preferred to ensure familiarity with practice operations.
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with patients and staff members.
