Rilo Window Cleaning is hiring Window Cleaning Technicians to join our growing exterior cleaning team.
In the winter months you'll be installing Christmas Lights

This is an active outdoor job where you’ll work with a small team servicing residential homes while learning a high-demand trade.

Many of our technicians earn $1,000+ per week during peak season through our Pay-for-Performance system, commissions, and tips.

Experience is preferred — we provide full training.

If you perform well this 7 month season you may qualify to be apart of the team year round.

SCHEDULE

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

As a Window Cleaning Technician, you’ll provide exterior cleaning services for residential homes.

Responsibilities include:

- Interior and exterior window cleaning
- Screen and track cleaning
- Gutter cleaning
- Communicating with homeowners about services
- Identifying opportunities for additional services
- Christmas light installation in the winter (if you qualify)

As a Christmas Light Technician, you’ll instal & tear down custom christmas light set ups for residential clients.

Responsibilities include:

- Communicating with homeowners about services
- Instaling christmas lights on homes




- Custom building set ups
- Following designs to match clients expectation
- Working off ladders
- working on roofs 40' high at times
- Identifying opportunities for additional services

You’ll work independently or with a small team to complete jobs efficiently while delivering great customer service.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This job is physically active and requires:

- Ability to lift 40 lbs
- Comfort working on ladders and roofs
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Walking, bending, climbing, and standing throughout the day

A valid driver’s license is required.
