Full-Time | Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays as required

After many years with our dealership, our current Lot Attendant is retiring, and we're looking for the right person to take over the role.

Ernie Dean Chevrolet Buick GMC is looking for a dependable, organized and hard-working person to join our team as a Lot Attendant / Shuttle Driver.

This is a hands-on position supporting our Service and Parts departments. The job has plenty of variety and is ideal for someone who likes staying busy, working independently and helping wherever needed around the dealership.

What You'll Do

- Shuttle service customers between the dealership and their home or workplace
- Pick up and deliver parts as required
- Manage our tire storage process from start to finish
- Locate and pull tires required for the following day's service appointments
- Organize tires so they are ready for the Service Department each morning
- Receive, move and properly store customer tires
- Keep the tire storage area clean and organized
- Assist in the Parts Department as required
- Stock shelves and put away incoming parts and inventory
- Help organize and maintain the Parts Department and inventory areas
- Assist with general dealership and property maintenance
- Help keep dealership areas clean and presentable
- Assist the Service and Parts departments with other tasks as required

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone reliable, organized and comfortable working independently.

You must:

- Have a valid driver's licence and a valuable driving record




- Be comfortable driving customers and dealership vehicles
- Be physically capable of regularly lifting and moving tires and parts
- Be organized and able to manage the tire storage process accurately
- Be dependable and show up ready to work
- Be comfortable with a physical job that keeps you moving throughout the day
- Be willing to jump in and help with different jobs around the dealership when needed
- Have a positive attitude when dealing with customers and other team members

Automotive dealership experience is helpful, but not required. We're more interested in finding someone dependable who takes pride in doing things properly.

Schedule

This is a full-time position with a regular Monday-to-Friday schedule.

From time to time, you may also be asked to work a Saturday when required.
