Food & Beverage Server – Island Yacht Club

Work on the Toronto Islands this summer, serve excellent food and drinks, and be part of a fun, social team. (May–October). This is a hands-on role, you’ll be interacting with guests, supporting events, and helping deliver smooth, high-quality service.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Provide friendly, efficient food and beverage service

- Take orders and deliver food and drinks to guests

- Set up and reset tables and service areas

- Support events, banquets, and daily service

- Work closely with kitchen, bar, and event teams

- Help keep service running smoothly during busy periods

What We’re Looking For

- 2+ year in hospitality or serving experience (preferred)

- Friendly, outgoing, and guest-focused

- Strong communication and team mindset

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment

- Smart Serve (required)

- Available evenings + weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

- serving: 1 year (required)
- bartending: 1 year (preferred)
