You will work on the design and development of audit and/or assurance learning and performance solutions from needs analysis to deployment and measurement. These solutions are focused on building or enhancing technical, leadership and business capabilities across KPMG that directly align with business needs.
This role requires the business, technical, skilled and learning development skills of a seasoned, high performing audit and/or assurance senior manager who is dedicated to planning, developing and delivering efficient and effective quality learning solutions to ensure objectives are achieved and meet the needs of member firms and enable the audit vision.
What you will do:
- Supports the Audit and/or Assurance Performance Solutions Lead, in scoping proposed learning and/or performance solutions and preparing the High-Level Design Document and associated resource requirements for large or complex projects.
- Ensures compliance with Global L&D; design and development architecture and standards as well as the measurement requirements and takes corrective action as necessary.
- Leads the development of project related communications, train-the-facilitator (TTF) sessions and materials and/or liaises with external vendors as required. Liaises with the deployment team as required and Facilitates TTF sessions as required.
- Partners with the project manager to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet business needs.
- If needed this role may develop content for ILTs/digital/e-learning modules, videos and electronic performance solutions focused on building technical,
business and leadership capabilities or a blend of these for a variety of audiences (from KPMG partners to professionals from all functions or levels in the firm). Activities may include writing Facilitator guides, e-learning storyboards, video/ podcast scripts, performance support resources and / or deployment and marketing materials.
- Monitors the effectiveness of the Global solutions developed to identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency/effectiveness.
What you bring to this role:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience
- CA or CPA designation
- Working experience with KPMG methodology and KPMG Clara workflow.
- Extensive experience working with senior business leaders on understanding learning needs and quickly and efficiently translating these into solutions.

KPMG Ontario Region Pay Range Information
The expected base salary range for this position is $104,000 to $150,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.
