Position Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, takes pride in their work, and can consistently prepare menu items according to Ricky’s standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook menu items to spec, ensuring quality, taste, and presentation
- Follow recipes, portion control, and food handling procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation
- Assist with prep, stocking, and opening/closing duties
- Communicate clearly and work as part of a team during busy service
- Follow all food safety and health regulations
- Handle equipment and tools safely and correctly
- Support other kitchen tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred (but willing to train the right person)
- Strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure
- Good communication and teamwork skills




- Ability to stand for long periods and handle a fast-paced environment
- Food Safe or equivalent certification is an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
