We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Dispatcher/Customer Service professional to join our team. In this vital role, you will coordinate transportation schedules, manage freight logistics, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure seamless operations. Responsibilities

- Utilize transportation management systems to schedule and track shipments, ensuring timely delivery and pickup.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, carriers, suppliers, and customers via multi-line phone systems, maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
- Enter data accurately into logistics software to record shipping details, freight information, and delivery statuses.
- Coordinate shipping & receiving activities, verifying documentation and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Analyze freight data to identify potential delays or issues,



providing proactive solutions to keep operations on track.
- Manage shipping schedules by prioritizing urgent requests and adjusting plans as needed for efficiency.
- Maintain organized records of all dispatch activities, including logs of inbound/outbound shipments and incident reports.
- Tuesday 2-730pm, Saturdays 9-530pm

Skills

- Strong knowledge of transportation management systems and supply chain processes.
- Experience working with third-party logistics providers (3PL) and familiarity with freight operations.
- Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong analysis skills to interpret shipment data and troubleshoot issues promptly.
- Exceptional communication skills paired with professional phone etiquette for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to type quickly while managing multiple lines on multi-line phone systems efficiently.

Pay: $17.60-$21.00 per hour
