Roots 2 Rocks Property Care is hiring multiple Landscape & Property Maintenance Crew Members to join our growing team in the Greater Moncton area.

We provide professional landscape and property maintenance services to residential and commercial properties throughout Moncton, Dieppe, Riverview and surrounding areas.

We're looking for dependable, hardworking people who take pride in doing quality work and want to be part of a crew that works efficiently, looks after its equipment and leaves properties looking their best.

This is a hands-on outdoor position involving a variety of landscape and property-maintenance work. No two days are necessarily the same, and we're looking for people who are comfortable working outdoors, working physically and being part of a team.

Responsibilities:

Crew Members may be responsible for:

- Commercial and residential lawn mowing.
- Operating zero-turn and stand-on mowers.
- String trimming and edging.
- Garden and landscape-bed maintenance.
- Weeding and pruning.
- Mulch, soil and stone installation.
- Sod installation and lawn repairs.
- Spring and fall cleanups.
- Property cleanup and general maintenance.
- Loading/unloading tools, equipment and materials.
- Maintaining clean and organized trucks, trailers and equipment.
- Taking direction from Crew Leaders and management.
- Completing work efficiently while maintaining our quality standards.
- Following company safety procedures and job-site policies.

What We're Looking For:

Previous landscaping or property-maintenance experience is an asset, but we're also willing to consider someone with a solid work ethic who is dependable and willing to learn.

The right person will:

- Be dependable and show up ready to work.
- Be comfortable performing physical work throughout the day.
- Be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.




- Work well as part of a crew.
- Take direction and communicate well.
- Pay attention to detail.
- Respect company equipment, vehicles and customer properties.
- Be able to lift and carry landscaping materials and equipment.
- Understand that professional property maintenance requires both quality and productivity.
- Be available for early starts when required.

Experience operating commercial mowing or landscaping equipment is a strong asset.

A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation is required.

Schedule: Full-time

Typical work is Monday through Friday, with hours varying depending on workload, weather and seasonal requirements. Some extended hours may occasionally be required during busy periods.

Because Roots 2 Rocks also operates through the winter season, there may be opportunities for suitable employees to continue into winter property-maintenance and snow-removal operations.
