Grace Staffing Solutions, a leading staffing agency in healthcare, is actively seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs) for our clients in Oshawa, ON. We are looking for dedicated professionals with a strong background in Long Term Care to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare and administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with the College of Nurses of Ontario’s Medication Administration Standards and Physician directives.
- Document and follow up on all concerns and complaints from clients, family members, or team members, seeking assistance from a Registered Nurse or designate as necessary.
- Promote resident self-care and self-sufficiency, focusing on adaptation and abilities, wellness, and preventative health education.
- Complete required assessments, Resident Assessment Protocols (RAPS), and care plans within mandated timeframes.
- Provide guidance, direction, training, and education to unregulated care workers.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:





- Must hold a valid CNO license, registration, and be in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Strong understanding of the physical, mental, and emotional demands of the role in a Long Term Care setting.
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal communication skills and decision-making ability.
- Must provide a valid vulnerable sector check police record and negative TB test results.
