Position Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and energetic servers to join our front-of-house team. As a server, bartender & Barista at Riviera, you will be the face of our restaurant, providing friendly, efficient, and professional service to ensure an outstanding dining experience. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love working with people, and are committed to delivering personalized service, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Barista trained / training given
- Present menu, answer questions, and make recommendations based on guest preferences
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring all orders are correct
- Handle cash, process payments, and provide change
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service
- Uphold high standards of food safety and cleanliness




- Provide exceptional customer service, anticipating guest needs and ensuring satisfaction

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a server or customer-facing role with barista experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong work ethic
- Must be 19 years or older
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus is a bonus
