Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest services in a fast-paced workplace. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality food and service while maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and drink orders accurately using the POS system.
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions regarding food items or specials.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and dining room according to food safety standards.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of dining areas before and after service.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely order preparation.

Qualifications





- Proven experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
- Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Excellent guest service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
