About the Role:
As a Barber, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and showcasing our premium retail products. This position is ideal for someone passionate about barbering, eager to learn and grow, and dedicated to creating a top-notch experience for our clients.
Duties:
Certification: Maintain certification for your role. (Licensed Barbers at an hourly rate of 20.31)
Hair Services: Deliver skilled haircuts and straight razor shaves to Tommy Gun’s standards.
Barbershop Maintenance: Ensure the barbershop remains clean and organized.
Retail Assistance: Support retail operations during quieter times.
Education:
Engage in barbershop education classes and set career goals.
Menu Proficiency: Be able to perform all services on the menu within the probation period.
