Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The Dishwasher plays a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. This position is essential for supporting our culinary team and enhancing the overall dining experience for our guests.

Duties

- Clean and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans used in food preparation and service.
- Operate dishwashing machines and ensure they are functioning properly.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including floors, countertops, and equipment.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support cooks and kitchen staff.
- Help organize and store clean dishes and kitchen supplies efficiently.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements





- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization.
- Willingness to assist with food handling and preparation tasks as needed.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights as necessary.
