Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order at The Lodge at Kimiwan, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for our clients. This role requires a strong commitment to quality service and the ability to manage time effectively while performing various cleaning tasks.

Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of lodge rooms and public area including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Launder linens and other items as needed, ensuring they are clean and well-presented.
- Organize and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stored properly.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any client concerns or requests promptly.
- Booking rooms & handling payment (computer skills, confidentiality, communication)
- Assist with light cooking or meal preparation when required by cook staff.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout all tasks performed.

Skills

- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.




- Excellent time management abilities to ensure timely completion of cleaning duties.
- Proficient in English to communicate clearly with clients and team members.
- Experience in industrial cleaning preferred, with a keen eye for detail.
- Customer service skills to foster positive relationships with clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a hospitality-focused environment.
- Basic cooking skills are a plus, enhancing the overall service provided to clients.

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 56.0 per week
