True North Sports + Entertainment is seeking a customer-focused, highly motivated individual to join our team as a Box Office Agent.

This role is all about delivering a Superior Patron Experience to every guest who interacts with our Box Office. You’ll be the face of ticketing for the Winnipeg Jets, Manitoba Moose, Canada Life Centre, and Burton Cummings Theatre — helping fans connect with the live experiences they love.

What to be excited for in this role:

- Delivering exceptional in-person customer service to patrons of the Winnipeg Jets, Manitoba Moose, Canada Life Centre, and Burton Cummings Theatre.
- Supporting account holders with a clear understanding of the Mobile Ticketing System, ensuring features and benefits are communicated effectively.
- Maintaining accurate, current, and well-documented customer information within CRM systems.
- Processing in-person ticket sales across multiple Box Office locations and ticketing platforms.
- Being a key part of creating a smooth, welcoming, and professional ticketing experience for every guest interaction.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient Box Office operations during events and regular business hours.

What we need from you:

- Proven experience delivering outstanding customer service, with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues proactively.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or a similar public-facing role.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle point of sale and transactions accurately.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.




- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple systems and priorities
- Highly motivated, proactive, and self-directed approach to work.
- Able to remain calm and qualified while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and committed to providing exceptional customer service.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software programs.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
