Job Summary

Duties

- Assist experienced collision repair technicians with vehicle repairs, including bodywork and component replacement
- Learn to use hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting equipment safely and effectively
- Support the preparation of vehicles for repair by disassembling damaged parts and assessing repair needs
- Participate in sanding, painting prep, and minor cosmetic repairs under supervision
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency
- Follow safety protocols and procedures during all repair activities
- Gain knowledge of automotive repair processes,



including damage assessment and repair techniques

Qualifications

- Dealership or automotive repair experience is a plus but not required; eagerness to learn is essential
- Basic mechanical knowledge or familiarity with hand tools and power tools preferred
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently
- Strong interest in automotive collision repair and vehicle restoration
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Prior mechanic or collision repair experience is advantageous but not mandatory
- Willingness to follow instructions carefully and develop new skills in a fast-paced workplace
