Overview
Must be 19yrs+. We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Servers to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest service, ensure food safety and sanitation standards, and create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, along with familiarity with POS systems. This role offers an opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment dedicated to providing memorable dining experiences.

Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate orders using POS systems, and relay them efficiently to the kitchen
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while maintaining presentation standards
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met by following proper procedures for food handling and cleanliness
- Assist in food preparation or kitchen support as needed during busy periods
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and service stations in accordance with sanitation guidelines




- Manage guest inquiries or complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction
- Support team members during shift changes or busy hours to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

- Minimum of 2-5 years of previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality industry
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Touchbistro
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
- Basic math skills for billing, cash handling, and order accuracy
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Positive communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
