We are seeking a skilled Arborist to join our team dedicated to maintaining healthy, secure, and beautiful urban and rural landscapes. As an Arborist, you will be responsible for caring for trees and vegetation through expert pruning, planting, and removal techniques. Your expertise will help enhance community environments, improve safety, and promote ecological sustainability. Responsibilities

- Perform tree pruning, trimming, cabling, bracing, and removal using industry-standard techniques and equipment.
- Conduct rigging operations safely to lower large limbs or trees during removal or maintenance activities.
- Operate bucket trucks and bucket lifts efficiently for elevated work tasks while ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Engage in landscape maintenance activities including planting new trees, mulching, fertilizing, and pest management.




- Apply horticultural principles to diagnose tree health issues and recommend appropriate treatments or interventions.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure safe rigging practices and proper use of tools and machinery at all times.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as an Arborist or in a related landscape maintenance role with a strong understanding of horticulture principles.
- Certification in Arboriculture (such as ISA Certified Arborist) is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to operate bucket trucks, lifts, and other specialized equipment safely.
- Knowledge of rigging techniques for tree work.
- Experience with landscape maintenance tasks including planting, pruning, fertilizing, and pest control.
- Strong physical fitness with the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to safety standards at all times.
- Candidates must have a strong work ethic.

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
