**Job Title: Warehouse Associate** **Job Description**
Join our team as a Warehouse Associate for a contract position from June 25 to July 15, where you'll support shipping, receiving, picking, and material handling to keep production stocked.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate equipment such as Sit Down Counterbalance and Stand Up Counterbalance forklifts, as well as rider and manual pallet jacks.
+ Receive ingredients and packaging materials, document and inspect shipments for damage or shortages, and unload trucks.
+ Stage and wrap orders for shipping, load trucks with outgoing shipments, and document the process.
+ Conduct inventory counts and ensure products are staged according to FIFO (First In First Out) procedures.
+ Pick orders for shipment, palletize, stage, and wrap products.
+ Deliver ingredients to production lines to ensure continuous production flow.
+ Transport finished products from packaging lines back to the warehouse for shipment.

**Essential Skills**

+ At least 2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, and picking.
+ Forklift ticket for Sit Down Counterbalance, Stand Up Counterbalance, and Rider Pallet Jack.
+ 6 months of experience with SDCB forklift and rider jack.
+ Proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written.
+ Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate electric and manual pallet jacks.
+ WHMIS certification and knowledge of food manufacturing and FIFO processes.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Experience operating sit down/stand up counterbalance, rider jack, and manual jack.
+ Experience with inventory work and cycle counts.
+ WHMIS certification.
+ Experience in food manufacturing.
+ Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
+ Good communication skills and ability to work with a team.
+ Honesty and trustworthiness, with a friendly demeanor.

The facility offers a hardworking team culture where accountability is key.

The position is on the 4th shift, Friday through Sunday, from 6 am to 6 pm.

Provided attire includes a smock, hair net, and ear plugs.

Personal steel-toed work boots are required.

The pay range for this position is $24.84 - $24.84/hr.
