Food & Beverage Coordinator

We are looking for an organized and dependable Food & Beverage Coordinator to support the owners with the day-to-day front-of-house operations of our restaurant.

This is a hands-on role focused on keeping the restaurant organized, properly staffed and running smoothly while supporting a positive experience for both our guests and team.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and manage the front-of-house staff schedule
- Order liquor, wine, beer and other beverage supplies
- Monitor beverage inventory and assist with inventory control
- Support the owners with daily front-of-house operations
- Help train and support front-of-house employees
- Ensure service standards and restaurant policies are followed
- Assist with reservations,



special events and large parties
- Maintain an organized, efficient and skilled front-of-house environment

Experience

We are looking for someone with strong restaurant experience who is organized, reliable and comfortable taking initiative. Previous experience with scheduling, inventory, liquor ordering or restaurant supervision is an asset.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, works well with a team and understands what it takes to keep a busy restaurant running smoothly.

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
