About the role

We're looking for a dependable Construction Labourer to support our crews on commercial and institutional projects. You'll help keep the site safe and organized, assist skilled trades, and handle general material movement. If you show up on time, work hard, and follow safety rules, you'll have steady work and a chance to learn new skills.

What you'll do

- Site cleanup, garbage removal, and maintaining protected walkways/work areas

- Move materials, load/unload deliveries, and organize tools/equipment

- Assist carpenters and other trades with basic tasks (training provided)

- Set up/tear down temporary work areas and barriers

- Use basic hand tools safely (measuring tape, drills, hammers, etc.)

- Follow PPE and safety requirements at all times

What we're looking for

- Reliable, punctual,



and willing to learn

- Able to lift 25-50 lbs, work outdoors, and be on your feet

- Safety-first mindset (PPE required; steel-toe boots required)

- Able to follow instructions and work well with a team

Assets (nice to have)

- Driver's license and reliable transportation

- Previous construction/warehouse/labour experience

- Safety tickets (WHMIS, Fall Arrest, First Aid)

- Forklift/telehandler experience (or willingness to train)
