Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and listen attentively to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs
- Clearly explain repair recommendations, maintenance options, and service procedures to customers
- Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of work
- Upsell additional services or maintenance based on customer needs and vehicle condition
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently




- Maintain detailed service records, work orders, and customer communication logs
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the service process

Qualifications

- Previous dealership experience or automotive service advising background preferred
- Mechanical knowledge gained through mechanic experience or technical training
- Strong understanding of automotive repair processes and mechanical systems
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive, professional attitude
- Ability to upsell services tactfully while prioritizing customer needs
- Experience with sales techniques and cash handling procedures
- Effective communication skills to explain technical information clearly to customers
