The ideal candidate will be responsible for on-site work, supporting new home construction and renovation projects, and ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standards.

We are looking for a hands-on Residential Construction Project Manager who is passionate about quality craftsmanship, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in delivering exceptional projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage residential construction projects from start to completion
- Coordinate schedules with trades, suppliers, and homeowners
- Monitor project quality, timelines, and budgets
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Conduct site inspections and ensure work meets company standards
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site
- Communicate daily with clients, trades, and office staff




- Resolve construction issues quickly and professionally

Hands-On Duties:

This is a working Project Manager role. The successful candidate must be willing to assist with general construction tasks when needed, including:

- Drywall installation and repairs
- Basic framing
- General carpentry
- Site clean-up
- Material handling
- Minor repairs and handyman work
- Assisting trades to keep projects on schedule

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of residential construction experience
- Previous experience managing residential renovation or custom home projects
- General knowledge of reading and interpreting residential blueprints and construction drawings
- Strong understanding of residential building practices and Ontario Building Code requirements
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to coordinate trades, suppliers, inspectors, and homeowners
- Robust problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- A valid Ontario driver’s licence
- A reliable vehicle to travel between job sites
- Personal hand tools (preferred)

Compensation & Benefits:

- Salary: $60,000 based on experience.
- Full-time, permanent position.
- Company-provided service vehicle (if applicable).
- 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday (with weekends as needed).
- English language proficiency preferred.
