Job Overview
Reporting to the Vice-President, Foxridge Homes, as the Marketing Specialist, Creative and Visual Communications, you serve as the steward of the Foxridge brand and protect, strengthen, and evolve every customer facing communication. You combine strategic marketing insight with hands on creative execution, produce compelling visual and written communications that generate qualified leads, support sales, and reinforce Foxridge's reputation for excellence.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing marketing initiatives with leadership approval.
- Producing brochures, signage, advertisements, digital campaigns, presentations, sales center materials, community collateral, event materials, email campaigns, website content, social media content, and video assets.
- Writing persuasive copy including headlines, campaign messaging, scripts, newsletters, web content, presentations, and sales communications.
- Maintaining consistency of visual identity, typography, photography, tone of voice, messaging, and storytelling.
- Monitoring campaign performance and refining creative based on results.
- Supporting lead generation and CRM campaigns.
- Coordinating external agencies, photographers, printers, videographers, media partners, and other vendors.
- Supporting community launches, Realtor events, grand openings, and promotional initiatives.
- Researching emerging trends and AI tools and recommend improvements.
- Maintaining digital asset libraries and brand standards.
Brand Stewardship
- Being the steward and owning the integrity of the Foxridge brand across every customer touchpoint.
- Auditing communications for compliance with brand standards and championing consistency in customer experience and brand voice.
- Recommending thoughtful evolution of the brand while preserving its identity.

Essential Requirements
- Diploma or Certificate in related Marketing and Communications field.
- 1 year of marketing or communications experience, preferably in the new housing, or real estate industry, preferred.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling experience.
- Satisfactory verification of criminal record check.
- Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, presentation software, CRM platforms, CMS platforms, Google Analytics.
- Working knowledge of AI tools including ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, and similar productivity platforms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint and PowerPoint) and Content Management Systems (HubSpot, Sitefinity), Canva marketing automation software (HubSpot)
and Social Media channels (Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook).
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- SEO fundamentals, email marketing, and social media management.

Work Conditions
You primarily work in an office setting during regular business hours and regular travel to off-site locations is required. Work outside of normal business hours may be required. Overtime may occasionally be required.
