Job Summary:

We currently have an open position for a Warehouse Operator to join our team on the day shift (7:00 am – 4:00 pm). This role is responsible for efficient warehousing, repackaging and/or production of various products according to established procedures, following all safety protocols and workplace policies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Meet customer’s packaging requirements
- Matching BOL to physical shipment
- Delivering paperwork to the correct person
- Segregating damaged product
- Ensuring physical inventory is accurate, performing random audits on inventory
- Maintain a clean,



organized warehouse by implementing daily housekeeping habits
- Ensure that AWSA Protocols are met
- Ensure FIFO standards are being used
- Packaging and labeling products
- Distribution of product, stage loads for shipment
- Repetitive motion/lifting
- Other related duties as required or assigned

Required Knowledge and Skills:

- Minimum 2 years of counterbalance forklift experience required
- Able to follow instructions from supervisor
- Knows how to work safely
- Able to work in a team environment that is constantly working towards improving its processes and practices
- Demonstrate good organizational skills

Working Conditions:

- Able to lift at least 50 - 60lbs repetitively
- Manual dexterity to work on various projects
- Able to identify any health and safety issues
- Overtime as required
