What You’ll Do:

- Prepare and cook dishes to spec with attention to detail and consistency

- Assist with prep work and kitchen organization

- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards

- Work closely with the head chef and kitchen team

Who You Are:

- 1–2 years of kitchen experience (Middle Eastern cuisine a plus)

- Reliable, punctual, and able to work under pressure

- Team player with strong communication skills

- Flexible schedule availability (weekends and evenings)

- Passionate about fresh, quality food
