Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lube Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance services on vehicles, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and a passion for automotive repair, along with excellent customer service skills. This position requires the ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.

Responsibilities

- Perform oil changes and lubrication services on various types of vehicles.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete maintenance tasks.
- Conduct vehicle inspections to identify potential issues and recommend necessary repairs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with customers about their vehicle's needs.
- Assist in sales by promoting additional services offered by the shop.




- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.

Experience

- Previous experience in automotive repair or as a mechanic is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with using hand tools and power tools in a workshop environment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge, with the ability to troubleshoot basic vehicle issues.
- Experience in customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed during maintenance tasks.
- Previous work experience in a dealership setting is considered an asset.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
