Season Timeline:

- Pool Openings: March to May
- Weekly Service: April to October
- Pool Closings: September to November
- Bonus work: Summer + Winter (Top Performer Access)





What You Need to Bring

- A 2020+ reliable work truck
- Valid G-Class Driver’s Licence
- WSIB and Liability Insurance
- Experience OR a willingness to learn fast
- Comfort using mobile apps for service reporting
- Professionalism, drive, and follow-through
- Openness to follow Betz brand and customer interaction standards

A Few Partnership Expectations

- Non-Solicitation & Confidentiality Agreement required
- No private Betz-client side work
- All communication flows through Betz office systems

Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
