Job description:

Bravo Target Safety is recruiting compassionate and motivated Registered Nurses for full-time positions in Fort Saskatchewan and casual project assignments throughout Alberta. Applicants from across Alberta are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

- Provide nursing care and first aid services to workers in industrial and project environments.
- Conduct health assessments and screenings as required.
- Collaborate with onsite safety and project personnel to support a safe and healthy working environment.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and within the RN scope of practice.
- Respond to medical emergencies, provide immediate care, and coordinate additional medical support when required.
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date medical records.
- Follow infection-control protocols and maintain a safe and clean clinical work environment.




- Work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, holidays, rotations, and on-call periods, as required by the assignment.

Qualifications:

- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) registration in Alberta (required).
- Previous clinical experience in an industrial setting.
- A strong commitment to nursing and compassionate patient care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a project team.
- Experience in occupational health or a related field is considered an asset.
- Strong clinical assessment, emergency-response, and critical-thinking skills.
