Overview
We are seeking a professional and organized Dental Receptionist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks efficiently. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations within the dental office and delivering a positive patient experience. Prior experience with dental or medical office procedures, along with proficiency in relevant software, is highly valued. Responsibilities

- Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments using dental management software TRACKER .
- Manage multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries, appointment requests, and patient communications
- Verify patient insurance information and update electronic medical records accurately
- Collect payments, process billing, and handle financial transactions at the front desk
- Maintain organized patient records in compliance with privacy regulations
- Assist with administrative tasks including filing, faxing, and data entry
- Ensure the reception area is tidy, welcoming,



and well-stocked with necessary supplies
- Collaborate with dental staff to facilitate smooth clinic operations and patient flow

Skills

- Proven experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar front desk role within a dental or medical office setting
- Proficiency with dental practice management software such as Tracker familiarity with electronic medical records systems
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology relevant to dentistry and healthcare environments
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in record keeping and scheduling
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced office environment with administrative responsibilities
- Knowledge of insurance verification processes and billing procedures is preferred

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
