Rangeland RV is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join our high-performing team in Red Deer. What You'll Do

- Arrange financing for RV customers through a network of lending partners.
- Present finance, warranty, insurance, and protection products with professionalism and integrity.
- Ensure all finance paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Work closely with the sales team to create an outstanding customer experience.
- Assist the Sales Manager with desking deals, structuring transactions, and maximizing profitability.
- Help close deals with customers by supporting the sales team during negotiations and overcoming objections.
- Maintain strong relationships with banks, lenders, and product providers.
- Consistently achieve finance penetration and profitability targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

- Previous Finance Office experience is required.
- Automotive, RV, powersports,



or marine finance experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of lending, credit, and finance regulations.
- Experience desking and closing deals is a strong asset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, driven, and committed to providing exceptional customer service.
