Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial planning, management, and growth initiatives. As a key member of the executive team, you will oversee all financial operations, develop robust financial strategies, and ensure the organization’s fiscal health. Your leadership will drive business development efforts, optimize risk management practices, and foster a culture of financial excellence. Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the company’s long-term goals
- Oversee budgeting processes, financial forecasting, and account reconciliation to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Lead negotiations with financial institutions, partners, and stakeholders to secure favorable terms and support business growth
- Manage risk assessment procedures to identify potential financial threats and implement mitigation plans
- Supervise accounting functions to maintain compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies
- Drive business development initiatives by analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and supporting sales strategies
- Provide insightful financial reports and presentations to executive leadership for informed decision-making
- Oversee corporate finance activities including capital structure management, investment analysis, and funding strategies
- Foster leadership within the finance team by mentoring staff and promoting organizational skills across departments

- Exceptional negotiation skills with a proven track record of securing advantageous agreements
- Strong background in sales strategy development and execution within financial services or related industries
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, account reconciliation processes, and regulatory compliance
- Expertise in risk management practices to safeguard organizational assets and ensure stability
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire teams and drive organizational change
- Proficiency in business development techniques that support revenue growth and market expansion
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Solid understanding of corporate finance concepts including budgeting, capital management, and investment analysis
