We’re hiring a Service Writer / Advisor for our Tilbury location. This role is customer-facing and works closely with our service technicians and parts department to keep repairs organized, moving, and communicated clearly.

What You’ll Do

- Greet customers (in person / phone / email) and write up service concerns clearly and accurately
- Open and manage work orders from start to finish (notes, approvals, updates, documentation)
- Provide estimates, explain recommended repairs/maintenance, and obtain customer authorization
- Coordinate scheduling and workflow with the service team to keep jobs moving
- Communicate timelines and provide regular customer updates
- Work closely with parts for availability, pricing, and ETA’s
- Help maintain an organized, professional,



customer-friendly service counter
- Provide a excellent customer experience that builds loyalty

What We’re Looking For

- Strong computer skills required (accurate data entry, email, working in systems daily)
- Service writer/advisor experience is an asset (equipment, automotive, truck, powersports, etc.)
- Organized and detail-oriented (can manage multiple open work orders without missing details)
- Strong communication and teamwork
- Calm under pressure and able to handle tough conversations professionally
- Mechanical knowledge/interest is an asset (you don’t need to be a technician, but you should understand the basics)
- Dependable, accountable, and customer-focused
