Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and welcoming Host/Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a positive and memorable dining experience from the moment they arrive. In this role, you will manage reservations, greet guests with enthusiasm, and ensure smooth seating arrangements. Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and skilled first impression
- Manage reservations efficiently using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize flow and reduce wait times
- Answer phone inquiries with courteous and clear communication, handling reservation requests and guest questions
- Maintain a clean, organized host station and waiting area to ensure a welcoming atmosphere
- Assist with guest needs during their visit, including providing menus or information about specials




- Collaborate closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery

Qualifications

- Proven experience in guest services, serving, or hospitality roles within restaurants or hotels
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with food service operations and POS systems such as Clover is preferred
- Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable; experience in hotel settings is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
- Knowledge of customer service principles and hospitality standards
- Basic understanding of food service safety and hygiene practices

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
