Looking for more than just another insurance job?
We're growing and looking for a motivated, people-focused professional who wants to help business owners, families, and clients make smart insurance and financial decisions. This is a great chance for someone who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and growing into a trusted advisor role.
What you'll love about this role

- Help clients protect their businesses, families, income, and financial futures.
- Grow your own book of business and increase your earning potential.
- Be part of a supportive, cooperative team that values personal and professional growth.
- No two days are the same. One moment you might be helping a business owner manage risk, the next you're helping a family protect their future. The only thing we can't guarantee is that you'll never hear the phrase "just one quick insurance question."
Compensation
$60,000-$80,000 annually, based on experience. Incentive compensation is also available based on experience, commercial insurance growth, life insurance production, and financial services business development.
