Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team. On site training will be provided. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying coatings and treatments using various spray equipment, ensuring high-quality results in a safe and efficient manner. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a background in hand tools, farm machinery, or power tools to contribute their expertise in a dynamic environment. The Spray Tech will play a vital role in maintaining product standards and supporting the overall operations of our facility.

Duties

- Operate spray equipment to apply coatings and treatments accurately according to specifications
- Prepare surfaces and materials prior to spraying, including cleaning as needed
- Conduct inspections of finished work to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain and troubleshoot spray equipment, including cleaning, and minor repairs
- Follow safety protocols and environmental regulations during all spraying activities
- Assist with inventory management of supplies and materials used in spraying processes




- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively

Experience

- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, or similar equipment is preferred
- Familiarity with spray technology, coating applications, or related fields is beneficial
- A willingness to learn and adapt to a fast paced environment
- Solid attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues promptly
- Previous experience in industrial or agricultural settings is beneficial
- Must posses a valid class G license with the ability to drive both Automatic and Manual vehicles

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
