Duties

- Assist with the preparation and cleanup of construction sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment
- Use hand tools and power tools to support carpentry, framing, drywall installation, and other tasks
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to support project execution
- Perform demolition work and assist with restoration projects to bring buildings back to their original condition
- Support installation of flooring, tiles, painting, caulking, plumbing components, and other finishing trades
- Operate equipment such as wheelbarrows, ladders, scaffolding,



and basic welding tools under supervision
- Follow safety protocols diligently and report hazards or incidents immediately to ensure team safety

Qualifications

- Must be able to lift 50 lbs to accept deliveries coming from overseas
- Prior construction experience or familiarity with building sites is highly valued
- Knowledge of construction safety standards and procedures
- Willingness to learn recent skills such as tile laying, flooring installation, welding or restoration techniques
- Strong teamwork ethic with good communication skills
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor including lifting heavy materials and working at heights
