About the Role

We’re seeking a compassionate, reliable team member to support youth living in our transitional Foyer program on weekends. This role provides on‑site support, safety oversight, and life‑skills guidance for residents, while also contributing to our homelessness‑prevention initiatives across the organization. The position additionally supports resource development efforts, including fundraising activities and donor engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide weekend on‑site support, crisis response, and housing‑focused case assistance to youth residents.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment aligned with organizational policies.
- Assist with homelessness‑prevention service, such as shelter diversion, and service navigation.
- Support resource development activities such as fundraising events, donor stewardship, and community engagement.
- Complete documentation, shift reports, and incident logs as required.

Qualifications

- Experience working with youth, housing programs, or social services.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and de‑escalation skills.
- Ability to work independently on weekend shifts.
- A valid Vulnerable Sector Check is required prior to employment.
