Licensed Customs Broker

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Customs Broker to handle full-cycle customs clearance for import and export shipments in Canada.

Key Responsibilities

- Complete daily customs declarations via CARM system, HS code classification, duty and GST calculation.

- Resolve CBSA examinations, holds, amendments and AMPS penalties.

- Verify commercial invoices, CUSMA certificates and all customs documentation.

- Ensure full CBSA compliance and maintain clearance records.

Requirements (Must Have)

- Valid Canadian Customs Broker License

- Minimum 3 years of professional customs brokerage experience independent customs clearance working experience in Canada. Familiar with mainstream customs modes including general trade, cross-border e-commerce and processing trade.

- Proficient with CARM portal and Canadian customs regulations





- Able to resolve clearance exceptions and complex customs issues independently

- Strong English communication, detail-oriented, clean CBSA record

- Experience with air & ocean cross-border shipments is preferred

-Mandarin is required.

Compensation & Benefits

- Annual salary: CAD 65,000 – 90,000 (based on experience)
