One of our clients is currently seeking reliable and hardworking General Construction Labourers for a temporary construction project in Belleville, Ontario. This is a great opportunity for individuals with construction or general labour experience who are comfortable performing physically demanding tasks in an outdoor construction environment.

Responsibilities

· Chipping and removing concrete

· Grinding concrete surfaces

· Cleaning and preparing rebar

· Applying cold-applied waterproofing materials

· Moving and removing construction debris

· Loading, unloading, and moving materials as required

· Maintaining a clean and safe work area

· Following all site safety procedures and instructions

· Assisting skilled trades and construction crews with general labour tasks





· Performing other duties as assigned by the site supervisor

Requirements

· Previous construction or general labour experience is an asset

· Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods

· Ability to lift, carry, push, and move construction materials and debris

· Comfortable working with concrete, rebar, and construction materials

· Strong understanding of workplace safety practices

· Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team

· Reliable and punctual with a robust work ethic

· CSA-approved safety footwear and appropriate work clothing

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
