We are currently seeking an Aggregates Sales Representative to join our team out of our Brantford location.

Job Description:

As an Aggregates Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales of aggregates to customers in the construction industry. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide them with solutions that meet their requirements. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers
- Identifying potential customers and proactively reaching out to them
- Understanding customers' needs and recommending products and services to meet those needs
- Providing quotes to customers and negotiating contracts
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products
- Managing customer accounts and providing excellent customer service




- Staying up to date with industry trends and product knowledge, including industry training as required
- Attending trade shows and other industry events to promote our products

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5+ years of business development and account management experience in industrial and commercial enterprise sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with the use of sales tools such as CRM and Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer sites as needed
