About the Role

Anchor Concrete Products Limited is seeking skilled Welders to join our manufacturing team. This role involves welding and fabricating steel components used in precast concrete products within a Canadian manufacturing workplace.

This is a plant-based position working as part of a safety-focused production team.

Required Qualifications

- Valid CWB certification – GMAW (MIG) Flat position
- Hands-on welding experience in a Canadian manufacturing, construction, or industrial setting
- Ability to produce consistent, quality welds in a production environment
- Ability to read basic shop drawings and follow welding specifications
- Strong attention to quality, safety, and workmanship

Preferred / Asset Qualifications

- Additional CWB certifications (Horizontal, Vertical, Overhead)
- MIG welding experience
- Experience in precast concrete, construction, or heavy manufacturing
- Ability to assist with fitting, grinding, and basic fabrication tasks

Key Responsibilities

- Perform GMAW welding on steel components and assemblies
- Ensure weld quality meets internal and industry standards
- Assist with fitting, grinding, and material preparation as required
- Maintain a clean, safe,



and organized work area
- Work collaboratively with production and quality teams
